Sirokai Clauses for Office © 2019

 

Overview

 

Sirokai Clauses is a Microsoft Word 2007+ add-in that allows you to quickly insert common (or not so common) clauses or document fragments into your contracts or other legal documents.

 

With Sirokai Clauses you create alias' to network folders containing your individual clauses.  Each clause is stored within its own Word document.  For best results these documents should be stored in .docx format.  You can insert any number of clauses at one time.  You can also store help about each clause if you need to give additional instructions to your document writers.
