Signature Settings

The Signature Settings dialogue is displayed when you click on the Signature button in the Settings dialogue.

This screen allows you to specify an electronic signature and/or a visual line representing where a signature should be placed.

Show Signature on

Allows you to specify which receipts should display a signature. Available options are Trust Receipts Only, All Receipts and None.

Signature File

The file containing your electronic signature. This can be a bmp, jpg or png file. If you do not wish do display am electronic signature but still require the signature line and signee name to be displayed, leave this field blank.

Signature Size

Original - the signature is displayed in its original size.
Custom - allows you to specify the width of the signature in centimetres. Depending on the image, this may reduce the quality of the signature.

Indent

The amount of indent (in centimetres) from the beginning of the signature line.

Signee Name

Displays a name in plain text below the signature line. You can choose to hard code this value or display the entity name using [EntityName]. If you do not wish to display a name, leave this field blank.
